What data we collect
Only what you enter in the quote request form or send us by email, phone or WhatsApp: name, phone, email (optional), town and a description of the job.
Why we use it
To reply to you, arrange the site visit and prepare your quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and do not pass it on to third parties.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to reply and handle the quote and, if no working relationship follows, for no longer than 12 months. If you become a client, the data needed for the contract and invoicing is kept for the period required by law (for example tax and accounting obligations).
Service providers
The quote request form is handled by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., a provider based in the United States), which receives the data entered in the form and forwards it to Emilio by email. Form data may therefore be transferred to and processed outside the European Union; the methods and safeguards used by Formspree are described in its privacy policy.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, messages go through the WhatsApp service (Meta group), under its own privacy policy. This site also uses Google Fonts: when you open a page, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
Cookies
This site does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools, so no cookie banner is required. If analytics or marketing tools are added in the future, this notice and the consent system will be updated.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, by writing to info@emiliopitture.com or contacting the data controller on +39 327 765 0103 (phone or WhatsApp). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
